The architectural project from Bogle Architects was awarded with a Louvor in the “Mixed use” category in the MIPIM/The Arquitetural Review: Future Projects Awards 2018.
Projected on a plot of 78,060 m² with a construction area of 56,145 m², the venture aims to provide a response “to the significant imbalance between offer and demand in the academic residence sector in Porto and will be a diverse destination focused on student accommodation and the residential sector, along with offices of technological incubators, fully integrated into the local community”.
It will also have a capacity for close to 1,200 students, offering 200 residential apartments, a hotel, shopping areas and space for offices and parking, included in the Porto Innovation District.
