The news is reported by Negócios and by ECO, according to whom the project includes the construction of 3 hotels with 411 rooms in a total area of 460.000 sqm, which includes separate plots already owned by these partners. The hotels should have a total combined area of 11.500 sqm
For now, the environmental impact assessment is still under public consultation. According to the document, «the estimated construction cost for the three hotels is 41.3 million euro». The assessment will be under public consultation until the 15th of March and the final document will be issued until the 16th of April.
