The amount invested in this operation with developer Evemarina – which was developing a hotel in the same terrain – was not disclosed.
Platinum will develop its new 5 star hotel over the structure that has already been built and it will have a 4.500 sqm spa as well as a golf club, according to Eje Prime. The number of accommodation units available at the hotel is not yet known.
This is, according to the same newspaper, the company’s second hotel investment in the region. The first one was a 5 star hotel which is still being developed. The W Marbella Resort should open its doors in 2021, and will have 183 rooms available for its guests.
