In this new project, which will be developed in the next two years, PGA plans to build 32 dwellings of different typologies. According Eje Prime, 22 houses will have three rooms and only one will have four. This last house will be built on a 2.000 sqm surface and is estimated at 2.9 million euro.
This project should also include a beachclub and a spa, which according to the same newspaper, will have an area of 1.000 sqm.
