This 5.218 sqm building is located at number 6 Avenida de Bruselas, in Madrid’s municipality of Alcobendas, a location that possesses «an important concentration of companies, with excellent connections both for private and public transport and commercial offer, which makes it attractive for high-end tenants», it can be read in the release issued by the company last week.
This operation – which was advised by consultant Savills Aguirre Newman – is part of the Spanish company’s investment strategy, which includes betting on real estate assets which will allow it to «maximise its revenues and optimise the profitability of its portfolio», mentions the document.
This is not Pelayo’s first operation in this municipality. Last November, the company incorporated an office building located on number 15 of the same avenue on its portfolio for 11 million euro. The names of the sellers were not disclosed on any of the two operations.
