Pavasal will develop the future logistics platform M-40

Pavasal, a company dedicated to the construction and conservation of civil and industrial works, has been advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate in the development of the new Madrid M-40 Logistics Park (PAL M-40), which will become the largest available area of logistics to rent in the city of Madrid (90.000m2).

The total investment of the operation will exceed €80 million. The start of the works of the first phase is scheduled for the second half of 2018.

In addition, BNP Paribas Real Estate has acted as advisor to the operation in all phases of value creation until the sale of the logistics park to a fund managed by the fund manager Invesco, which will become the owner once it is operational.
