The complex is located at Ontígola municipality, and is 100% leased to two tenants DHL and Logisfashion. Both should start using the buildings during next year’s first semester.
According to EjePrime, this asset was acquired through its lates fund, the 7th the German company launches in Europe to buy new real estate assets, particularly in the office, industrial and residential segments.
Eduardo Roza, head of operations at Patrizia in Spain, comments that «this operation shows the company’s commitment to the Spanish logistic sector, which is undergoing one of its best moments thanks to the ecommerce boost and to the lack of good quality assets», quotes the same newspaper.
