P3 closes a deal with Airbus to build a logistic park in the Madrid region

P3 Logistic Parks signed a deal with Airbus, to build a new 31.280 m2 logistic centre in P3’s park in Illescas, Toledo. The construction works will start by the end of 2018 and they’re expected to be finished by the third quarter of 2019.

This park is part of Plataforma Central Iberium, a sustainable industrial logistic area with 350 hectares and the new facility was designed in line with sustainable construction certification BREEAM Very Good.

Airbus’ new logistic centre will be P3’s second logistic platform in Illescas, where, at the moment, it has around 200.000 m² built or in development areas.
