The Hibu Connect owners have reached an agreement with Onix, a company with participation of several family fortunes in Latin America, mostly in Argentina. This purchase is part of a large expansion plan of the company's asset portfolio, according to Expansión. The building will now be renewed in the interior spaces.
Onix is already the owner in Spain, namely in Ciudad Financiera de Santander and Las Rozas.
