Oaktree places San Fernando Business Park in the Market

The American fund Oaktree placed the Madrid San Fernando Business Park office complex on the market. It expects to sell it after having been in its possession for 3 years, for €120 million, before the summer.

According to EjePrime, the asset was acquired from the bad German bank, FMS Wertmanagement, as part of the Gaudí Project loan portfolio, which also included the Hotel Arts in Barcelona, valued at €750 million.
