The projects covers an area of 800,000m2, and plans are for the construction of 3,000 homes, of which 400 are already built, in different phases, at prices from 85,000 euros.
With an emphasis on sports and entertainment, there is also a shopping centre with a gymnasium, supermarket, shops and restaurants, as well as sports installations, and it should be completed in 15 years.
According to Spanish Real Estate, the developer is also offering personalised services such as maintenance, gardening, rentals or cleaning, among others.
