The conference agenda starts at 9:40 am with the session "The New Economy and Opportunities for Real Estate in Portugal" by Florian Klein, Head of the Deloitte’s Center for the Long View. By 10am, "New trends, new products in Real Estate" leads the agenda, in a panel discussion with Peter Holden, Group Development Director of Round Hill Capital; João José Raimundo, Founder & Partner of LACS and Nuno Constantino, Whatever, Hub Hostels, moderated by Roger M. Cooke, Conference Chairman.
Starting at 11.15 am, the parallel sessions of the Portugal Real Estate Summit will take place based on the theme "Where and how to invest?". Three of the sessions will be sponsored by MLTGS and Abreu and Deloitte, and three by C&W, CBRE and Savills.
The event closes with a lunch at 13h45.
