This award recognises Neinver’s commitment to the use of construction certificates in the management of its portfolio, and happened after Neinver successfully concluded the REEAM In-Use certification for all the European outlet centres under its management for at least 2 years with 92% of the centres exceeding the ratings.
The prize winners were chosen based on their portfolio as attested by construction certificates, as well as the level of commitment to reach the highest levels by means of corporate policies. This was the first time that BREEAM and GRESB recognised socially responsible investment in the BREEAM awards.
