The warehouse will have 86.200 sqm and will be located within the Plataforma Central Iberum, in Illescas (Toledo), a first-rate distribution park 35 km away from Madrid.
It is expected that the logistic platform, which is being built on a 143.600 sqm parcel, will be completed by the end of 2020. It will have a 12-metre headroom and 143 loading bays.
