Realty Spain went for the first time as a professional event with showroom, a wide program and networking zones. The event had the support of companies, associations and entities such as Gesvalt, CBRE, JLL, Renta Corporación, Savills, TINSA, Estrada & Partners, Lassen Global, Engel & Völkers Commercial, Chapman Taylor and Verificálitas, among others.
The event gathered in Madrid representatives of investment funds, Socimis, Brokers, appraisers, property-owners, family offices, constructors, developers, architect studios and big real estate brands. As stated by María José Navarro, General Director of Easyfairs Iberia, “this was just the beginning, and in the next edition Realty Spain will be in a higher scale without losing the high standards we’ve experienced. It will be the main benchmark of our country for real estate issues”.
One of the most attractive parts of Realty Spain has been the presentations. With 49 key-speakers and 10 round-tables. Among the speakers there were Beatriz Corredor, ex Minister of Housing, Professor Gay de Liébana, Juan Velayos de Neinor, Luis Martín Guirado and Sandra Daza de Gesvalt, Daniel Zubillaga, Samuel Población and Alberto Larrazabal de CBRE, Antonio López de Hispania.
