This project should only begin next year, but according to the press released by the company, there are already Spanish regions selected as potential targets: the principal cities of Spain.
For the Costa del Sol, in particular, Moonlake also has other plans. A new complex with 5.000 dwellings, 30.000 sqm for retail areas, 195.000 sqm for business use and 112.000 sqm for industrial warehouses will be built in Malaga. This project will be built on a total surface of 2.6 million sqm.
Besides these real estate projects, the company has another plan through which it expects to invest 400 million euro in the main European cities next year.
