According to Negócios, the notified concentration on 22 June consists in the acquisition by Minor International Public Company Limited, through MHG Continental Holding, of the exclusive control of NH Hotel Group.
According to the same source, the Minor group advanced in May the purchase of 8.6% of the Spanish group's capital by €192 million, holding 9.7% of the capital of the 6th largest hotel chain in the world.
NH Hotels has a portfolio of 382 hotels and resorts in 30 countries in Europe, America and Africa.
