Newspaper La Vanguardia reports, in its print edition, that a sole 7 floor building will be constructed in this city and that the apartments will have between 2 and 4 rooms. The company’s goal is to sell them for amounts between 189 thousand and 245 thousand euro.
In Catalonia alone – which Tarragona is a part of -, Metrovacesa has around 800 houses under construction. And, according to the same newspaper, there will be even more in the future.
The latest project to be approved represents a 9.6 million euro investment, which will be used to build 86 new houses in the Catalan municipality of Terrassa.
