It is in this Spanish region that five new real estate developments will be created. Three of these will have a total of 184 dwellings and will be developed in different locations within the municipality of Cordoba. The other two projects, with a total of 159 new dwellings, will be developed in the province of Cadiz.
With these projects alone, the real estate company will create a total of 343 new dwellings. Until now, the dates for the conclusion of the construction works were not disclosed.
This month alone, this is already the third real estate investment announced by the company. The first release announced the construction of 196 apartments in the autonomous community of Catalonia, in a 41 million euro investment. The second release concerns the new «Ciudad Clesa», located north of Madrid, on which the company will spend 260 million euro.
