Metrovacesa has begun work on Living, the first tower of Malaga Towers project. The company, who will develop another housing building within this project in the city of Malaga, has entrusted Sacyr with the construction work.
It is expected that Living, tower composed of 71 houses distributed in 21 floors, a complete offices plant and a commercial space with sea views, will finish the works in April 2023 so that the first units begin to be delivered in summer of the same year.
The marketing of this promotion has reached a sales percentage of 52%. Metrovacesa is currently developing 21 projects on the Costa del Sol, totaling more than 1.200 homes. For the implementation of the two towers, the company will allocate a total investment of more than 138 million euros.
This residential development will integrate a total of 213 homes up to 404 sqm. These include terraces overlooking the coast of Malaga. In addition, the units will have common areas equipped with three swimming pools (one heated and two outdoor), spa, gym, coworking area, audiovisual room with playroom and infirmary.
