The building, with 10,190 m², makes up a total of more than 70,000 m² that the company owns in Portugal, 27,240 m² of which are in Parque das Nações. According to EjePrime, on the ground of a statement from Merlin, the gross profitability of this business will have been 6.4% over €2.1 million of gross revenues.
Ismael Clemente, leader of the company, comments on the dynamism of the Lisbon office market in 2017, "with more than 165,000 m2 contracted in a positive macroeconomic context, a competitive labor market and an excellent quality of life, which is attracting many multinational companies of back-office and call centers", refers the same source.
The ZEN Tower is located on Avenida D. João II. It has 13 floors plus 331 underground parking spaces, and is 100% occupied.
