Meridia III places office portfolio estimated at €200M on the market

The portfolio is called Projeto Square, and has a total combined area of 80.000 sqm, to which are added 1.200 parking spots. This portfolio might be sold for more than 200 million euro, revealed newspaper Cinco Días this Wednesday.

Consultant Savills Aguerre Newman will advise the REIT in this future operation.

Included in the buildings located in Madrid is the building located at Calle Julián Camarillo as well as the building known as Virgilio II. Within the group of assets located in Catalonian capital are the Diagonal Business Park, number 75 Paseo de San Joan and also 3 assets located at the Citypark and 2 buildings located in Viladecans. 

This REIT owned by Meridia – which has been listed at the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil since 2017 – had, until this year’s second semester a 339.1 million euro investment volume, with the office segment being its main focus.
