These 4 assets – together with the recently acquired 10.000 sqm office building located in Madrid – cost Meridia around 75 million euro, according to newspaper La Vanguardia. Taking into account the areas of the assets, it is estimated that the value of this portfolio should be around 54.2 million euro.
