According to Eje Prime, the warehouse, which is located in the Higuerón Sur area in Seville, should start to be constructed in 2020.
Currently the company only has one warehouse of this type, in Valencia. And it is in its plans the expand this project to other large Spanish cities. Barcelona and Madrid should follow later this year
