A total 25 new dwellings will be constructed at numbers 6,8 and 10 in Calle Madrazo in the Spanish capital – with a total combined area of 8.000 sqm. These new units should be operational during next year’s second semester, revealed Eje Prime this Wednesday.
On the ground there are several former commercial spaces. This 2.300 sqm area should be transformed into a new coworking centre in Madrid.
