The buyer was an affiliate of MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP, part of the New York based Marathon Asset Management, L.P. WORX, a Lisbon based real estate consultancy firm, was the exclusive agent in the transaction of Ramazzotti building for a value of around 30 million euros.
This deal marks the highest office market transaction occurred in this area (Corredor Oeste of Zone 6) during this year.
The building results from a conversion of a logistics warehouse to an office building. It now reveals an outstanding architecture, combining both offices, retail and warehouses into two different buildings that combined together represent a total of more than 14.000 sqm. The location being nearby the center of Lisbon as well as a footstep from the main motorways, namely the A5 (Lisbon-Cascais).
