Mango owner sells building in Burgos for €12.6M

Punto Na, owner of Mango, sold a building in Burgos to Mutualidad General de Abogacía, which has a flagship store of the Swedish H&M for €12.6 million.

The building is located in the Plaza de Santo Domingo, and has a total of 3.000 m² spread over 4 floors. It has now been transferred to the new owner through the consultants Torit Allocation and Otto Capital.

Also according to EjePrime, H&M will remain in that space.
