The asset has 3.300 sqm within the commercial area of the new Residencial Zaurak complex, which should represent a total 3.700 sqm. This new complex, located on the corner of Paseo Imperial with Paseo de los Pontones in Madrid, will have a total 196 new dwellings, at 4.750 euro per sqm.

According to the sources contacted by Spanish newspaper El Economista, negotiations with supermarket chain Carrefour for the construction of a Carrefour Market with 56 parking spots, took place at the same time.

Ibosa closed the purchase of parcel RC1 with 18.266 sqm, which was part of operation Mahou-Calderón, with Mahou, for a total 70 million euro last October. The Spanish company also acquired another parcel for the same amount, RC2, but this time together with fund Bentall Greenoak. This 22.000 sqm lot was the last to be sold as part of this operation and 220 dwellings can be developed within it.

It should be noted that operation "Mahou-Calderón" had a total area of 193.000 sqm spread across 6 parcels, 3 of which belonged to group Mahou and the other 3 to Atlético de Madrid. Now that they were sold, a new stage will follow for the terrain, already called "Nuevo Mahou-Calderón".
