The information was given by the Councilor of Economy, Employment and Housing, Engracia Hidalgo, speaking at Assembly of Madrid almost one month after Cordish register for a second time its project to build the leisure major complex.
According to Expansión, Hidalgo stated that, just like the first time, it is being held a “rigorous analysis” to the proposal submitted, and has mentioned that if general directorates reports are needed then it is held back the one-month period that Comunidad de Madrid has to answer to the American company. The Councilor said that once they get the information they shall communicate, and noted that “all the investment are welcome in the Comunidad”.
It should be recalled that Comunidad de Madrid rejected this major project of Cordish last March. At the time, the authorities considered that the project was not in conformity with the minimum criteria required by the Town Council.
