Larry Smith and Vectalia create new company to manage commercial spaces

From the merge between Larry Smith and the Vectalia group, a new company with a well-defined part is born. Corporación Transalia 2020 will be in charge of managing commercial spaces located within transport infrastructures, such as train or bus stations.

The deal was made between two companies from different sectors, but which share a common goal. While Larry Smith is dedicated to managing and marketing shopping centres, Vectalia Group manages bus stations in several Spanish municipalities, like Pamplona and Alicante.

According to Eje Prime, the new company Transalia will be managed by both companies equally and in rotation.
