According to El Confidencial, construction of the complex, which has Amazon guaranteed as a tenant for the next 20 years, will be concluded in one year, but developer Goodman Real Estate has already placed it on the market. The construction of the 200.000 sqm complex should cost 100 million euro.
According to the newspaper, the developer can thus take advantage of the «good winds» blowing in the Spanish market, due to the growth of electronic commerce, which is increasingly attracting the investors’ appetite for this type of assets.
