Lar's retail business registered 13.6 million visits in the first quarter, 1.7% more than in the same period last year. Sales grew 3.9% to €147.3 million.
During this period, the real estate company sold several non-strategic assets to focus on the retail market. Until March it sold €112.5 million and invested 75.6 million in the purchase of shopping centers such as Rivas Futura in Madrid or the commercial gallery of Parque Abadía in Santander. It used 22.3 million in the improvement and development of existing assets.
