The space has about 20,000 m2 and 33 commercial premises. With this acquisition, Lar España significantly increases its presence in Megapark Barakaldo: two years ago purchased the retail park and the factory outlet of the complex for €170 million. With the acquisition of the leisure area the Socimi becomes the owner of around 84,000 m2, of the 128,000 m2 that Megapark has.
This operation is part of Lar España's strategy of having the highest possible control over the ownership of its assets in order to achieve maximum efficiency in measures to improve management.
