Increasing its presence in Spain, La Saletta integrated 935 beds to its 4,500 offer, and already prepares the construction of two new residences in Seville and Lugo. Its goal is to add another 2,000 beds to its offer, thus being half way.
The company has centers in Valladolid, Burgos and Asturias, as a result of the purchase of Bau Gestión in the beginning of the year. Added to these is a new property in Álava, the residence Albertiaetxea, two centers in Alicante, one in El Vergel and another in Madrid with management agreement. According to Expansión, it’s negotiating new purchases in Basque Country.
In Sevilla and Lugo will emerge 310 other beds, resulting from an investment of €16 million.
