Kodit.io is a real estate data platform boosted by Artificial Intelligence which supports sellers in receiving instant offers for their buildings in cash.
Headquartered in Finland, Kodit.io has in Spain one of its main markets and its main goal is to expand its penetration in terms of housing purchases and improve the experience digitally. A similar mission to that of Spanish Lucas, which has now become part of its group, and which is specialised on rent-to-buy.
Lucas, with two years and more than 15.000 users, was created with the goal of easing the access to housing simplifying it and providing users the opportunity to save by renting. Its mission is to create different alternatives so that a consumer can access his first owned dwelling, using the technology as a handle.
This transaction took place only a few months after Kodit.io managed to raise more than 100 million euro in debt and capital. The two companies have already started executing their joint strategy for Spain, although still working on integrating into a single PropTech scale-up.
