Works are expected to begin over the next few months, and should be completed by the second half of 2021, being the only expansion or renewal planned by Klépierre, in Spain, in the coming years.
Maremagnum has a total of 22,542 m2, of which 18,800 m2 retail, in a total of more than 154 brands such as H&M, Inditex, Victoria's Secret or McDonalds.
