JLL reinforces its Big Data strategy thanks to the incorporation of Vodafone Analytics’ data


Currently, the multinational uses  Vodafone Analytics’ Big Data to offer its clients an added value to its real estate consultancy.

With this deal, JLL has integrated Vodafone Analytics data in its analysis platforms, so that by crossing Vodafone’s data with JLL’s internal data and other external data, it can help its clients make better decisions when investing in real estate or probing potential markets.

Vodafone Analytics provides information on connectivity activity of users moving in  strategic streets, shopping centres, office complexes, etc. In Madrid, Barcelona and 40 other urban centres. This information provides data such as gender and age group of people moving in a certain area, as well as the traffic volume generated at different times, or whether they are locals or tourists, for example.
