The portfolio comprised seven assets that add up to 74,000 sqm of logistic gla and included tenants such as Jerónimo Martins, Efacec and Unicer. Incus was advised by Iberian Capital Markets advisor RPE in this transaction.
The biggest asset is located in Alcochete (Lisbon) and has a total of 26,211 sqm of gla. The portfolio counts with four other assets in Greater Lisbon, one in Porto and another one in Funchal.

The last transaction of M7 Real Estate registed by Iberian Property was in November 2020 and represented an investment of 41 million euros on the purchase of 10 corporate assets in Portugal, that both included office and logisitc properties.
