Green Park was initially projected as an office building, but it is currently used by two healthcare providers. It has an office GLA of 13.550 sqm, spread out through 14 floors, 352 parking spaces, 4 parking floors and storage area.
The building is close to the Torres das Laranjeiras buildings and the Marriott Hotel. It is located in a condominium with commercial and residential offer.
Nuno Nunes, Director of Capital Markets at CBRE, comments in a release that «this transaction represents a unique opportunity for national and international companies to establish themselves in a growing area of the city of Lisbon. Green Park is an example of the current situation in the office market, where investors increasingly start to invest in buildings that need to be repositioned, so as to answer the lack of office spaces».
The building is now part of Incus CA investment fund’s real estate portfolio. Incus CA has offices in Lisbon, Madrid, Paris and Milan.
