Barcelona is Inbest’s main focus. «I can’t resist having something in Barcelona, it is one of my goals and we are actively looking into it», reveals Javier Basagoiti, Inbest’s CEO, in an interview to Spanish newspaper Cinco Días. Besides the Catalan capital, there are other cities under its radar such as Madrid, Valencia, San Sebastian, Seville and Malaga.
Its goal is to become «a real reference in the real estate market» only 10 months after having become a REIT, revealed Javier Basagoiti.
His latest conquest was the approval and entry of 4 of his investment vehicles in the Spanish secondary Stock Exchange, the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil.
