Regarding the buyer's nationality, the transactions carried out by foreigners living in Spain experienced a year-on-year growth for the twenty-sixth consecutive quarter, specifically 13.5% compared to the fourth quarter of 2016, totaling 22,609 purchases. Likewise, the sales-purchases made by non-resident foreigners amounted to 946 in the quarter. As a whole, purchases made by foreigners (residents and non-residents) accounted for 23,555, that is, 16.3% of the total.
