It will be a fully new construction project which should be ready in approximately three years. It includes 60 to 70 dwellings with areas between 80 and 140 sqm. The building will be fully serviced with pool, gym and sports courts.
Impar Grupo also recently bought an office building in Galileo street, 91 for 6.55 million euro. The total investment will be between 12 and 14 million euro.
In 2019, Impar Grupo is estimated to manage 120 million euro in investments, 35% more than last year.
