“Residential Investment in Europe: Portugal, an Ever-growing Hotspot” will focus on the residential investment in Portugal, now that this sector is an opportunity for new developments in the country and a new dynamic market is in place, after a 10-year decline. Lisbon and Oporto started this trend with a city center huge renewal process, and there are opportunities in the letting market and affordable housing with a new view on public policies.
