There are, in total, 6 categories to be distinguished during the ceremony. Besides highlighting the best real estate investment deals in Portugal and Spain – using the data compiled through the systematic investigation carried out by Iberian Property’s team –, this initiative will also award the year’s: best real estate report, best commercial lease, best legal case, most impactful initiative and best investment report.
«It is fundamental to reinforce the best practices in a sector such as real estate», since «this sector is strategic for Portugal and Spain and, as such, we want to contribute in providing visibility to the excellence, seriousness and commitment of those who work within it», commented Roger Cooke, president of the Jury for this initiative which features more than 40 professionals from the Iberian real estate market.
The winners will be announced during the Square Ibiza international event on the 10th of June.
