The deadlines for submissions were thus updated and companies can submit their applications to one of the 6 categories awarded by this initiative, which aims to distinguish the best real estate deals and best practices during 2019 until the 22nd of June.
The 3 finalists for each category should be disclosed on the 20th of July and the winners will be announced on 24th of September, as part of the Gala Dinner to be held within the scope of the Portugal Real Estate Summit, which will take place in Estoril, on the 24th & 25th of September.
Besides highlighting the best real estate investment deals in Spain and Portugal, this initiative will also award the year’s: best real estate report, best commercial lease, best legal case, most impactful initiative and best investment report.
