In this event it will be discussed how Spain & Portugal continued to attract strong interest from domestic and foreign investors despite the pandemic. Extending the recovery process, it will be important to forecast the possible impact of digitalization in the pace of change, and what will be the impact of segments such as Logistics, Retail and Office for the real estate market.
