This event, the first of a series of events which will be organized by Iberian Property Magazine, Investment Briefings and ICEX Spain Trade and Investment, will approach several questions which make Spain one of the main strategic locations for real estate investment.
The new market prospects in this country in terms of prices, risks and opportunities will be the main subjects in this conference which will host Carlos Bastarreche Sagües, Spanish Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Richard Betts, Real Asset Mediae’s director, and also António Gil Machado, Iberian Property Magazine’s director.
ICEX – Invest in Spain’s CEO Maria Jesús Fernández will discuss the Spanish market from a macroeconomic perspective. Reno Cardiff, in charge of the Spanish capital market for Cushman & Wakefield will discuss the motto of the session: “Why Spain and where are the opportunities?”.
This event will also have the insight of Jon Armentia, from Lar España, Carlos Portocarrero, from Clifford Chance, Pedro Coelho, from Square Asset Management and two other speakers subject to confirmation who will debate the reasons why Spain is currently on the map for the main international investors. This round table will be moderated by Richard Betts.
The new world of alternative investment in the Iberian Peninsula will be the other great theme on debate during this session, and it will host Cristina García-Peri, in charge of Business Development and Strategy at Azora and two other speakers yet to be announced.
