The commercial real estate assets’ evolution will be the main theme at the event that was created by RICS together with Iberian Property magazine. Maintaining the focus on Portugal and its commercial relations with other countries, RICS Portugal CEO Francisco Rocha Antunes promises to disclose the main indicators which reveal how thousands of professionals, from 34 countries, feel about the national and the global markets.
Amongst the main speakers will be Rui Coelho, from Invest Lisboa, who will present a new insight of the Portuguese capital in this sector. The round table – moderated by Iberian Property’s CEO António Gil Machado – will be joined by Nuno Santos, from CMS, Carla André from CR Management and Nelson Rego, from Prime Yield.
