This office rental operation is the most important carried out in Ciudad Condal over the last ten years due to the rental volume.
After the agreement, Esteve will occupy 10 of the 13 floors and the building will be renamed Torre Esteve. The building is part of the new business area in Barcelona, where Iberdrola Inmobiliaria develop 4 buildings: Torre Auditori; Torre Marina; Torre Ponent and Torre Llevant.
The new office will bring together more than 400 employees that Esteve currently has spread over several locations in Barcelona.
Four towers in the new business area in Barcelona
In the new business area, Iberdrola develops four offices towers, three of which has 21 floors and a leasable area above ground of 22,899 m² each, and the fourth, Torre Marina, has a commercial and services square called MarinAtrium and a leasable area of 19,423 m² in 13 floors.
This project also has more than 1,000 parking spaces underground, already implemented.
