Iberdrola Inmobiliaria boosts the office market. The company carried out the construction of a 50.000 sqm development through project A2 Plaza in Madrid. The first 25.000 sqm stage has just finished being constructed, its floor area is 4.272 sqm and it can hold more than 4.000 people.
The building is ten minutes away from international airport Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas and also close to the city centre. The project is sustainable and it will reduce CO2 in 59%; power consumption in 58% and water consumption in 40%. All this, allowed the project to be rated A for its energy consumption and to be certified Breeam Excellent and WELL.
The new building will have an intelligent system which will allow booking rooms and managing several services through an app. Besides the usual facilities, such as a wellness area or the cafeteria, the project will incorporate management and intercommunication amongst tenants using this tool, which will facilitate advanced connectivity and support.
Real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield will be in charge of property management, guiding its work towards improving the user’s experience, while the A2 Plaza’s marketing will be in charge of Cushman & Wakefield and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
